why they dont bring back the interprovincial raceday is beyond me..it used to be held annually at pmb turf club and natal gauteng and western province competed in their provincial colours...great raceday and very competitive

waste of money - similar to the Rumble In The Jungle except no one really cares - Would love to know how much it costs as it reminds me of Old Mother Hubbard serving Caviar to a house guest while her children lick last years plates - paying owners to enter races is foolish and shows no regard for an industry that should stop wasting on unnecessary rubbish and should concentrate of spending media money outside of The Citizen and Teletrack to bring in some new clients
If they spent the same amount they spend on this to pay for a proper international singing star to perform after the races it would have a far bigger impact on getting young people to the course because you need young blood - Aunty Mabel and the old age home won't be here in ten years time but her grandson that inherits the lot should be the ones you aim at- It is far more difficult to become an addict when you are old and wiser than when you are young and reckless
