It would appear that I am one of the few that use this"service" for tote betting.
The obvious response of "just use somewhere else" doesn't cut it .I print and file all bets for record purposes.
The site has been getting worse and worse again for months now but:
Customer care tell me the problem is my side!(but they do tell a lot of lies) Shaheen says its the service provider!(and has been saying it for months)
Surely fixing it is a priority....all other gambling sites are aware of the need for reliable software.
Surely the service provider is subject to a performance contract?( "what is that" I hear .....lol)

Problems I have had:
• ''Real Time odds'' sometimes 3-5 minutes behind time...
• Scrolling between meetings slow...
• Odds not refreshing...
• Log onto my account, then when I try place a bet it says ''Not Logged on''...

WOW! Greg those probs you list are ones i had about a year and a half ago when i still used the online account - Fix the problem boys or you'll lose far more punters - It's like going to war using a biplane - No 1 priority -KEEP YOUR EXISTING CUSTOMERS!!

C - RE -IOUS - LY ROB , i admire your patience ( and appreciate your sense of humour in some of your posts) , but you are the only person i know who still uses tabonline.!

Yeah,I know IFF.........but I still believe that the incompetents can be trained if they use the traditional IT way......punch the information in!!!
