WILL THEY RACE IN KIMBERLEY MONDAY ?

will they race in Kimberley on Monday ? the horses need to be transported...... the jocks, handlers take a bus to the big hole.

Is there a plan B ? U got to feel for the owners, trainers , jocks if they don't race.

AS OF 12 AM ON FRIDAY WE SET TO GO ONLY AVIS WILL KNOW IF THEY CAN FIND A FULL TANK OF DIESEL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AND WITH THEIR SLOGIN "WE TRY HARDER"" WE GET TO KIMBERLY LOL BUT NOT GET HOME LOL.ANYONE HAVE CONNECTIONS AT AVIS?

IT COSTS A OWNER AROUND 1500 GIVE OR TAKE A FEW RAND TO TRANSPORT A HORSE THERE, SO WOULD HATE TO LOOSE ANOTHER 3K IF THE MEETING GETS CANNED THIS GOING TO KIMBERLY TO HAVE LUNCH AND COME BACK HAS HAPPENED TO ME 3 TIMES THIS YEAR ALREADY THE OWNERS HAVE LOST 9000 IN COSTS ALONE NEVERMIND MONEY THAT COULD HAVE BEEN EARNED.

WISE, is there fuel to get the Joburg horses to Kimberley - all the various private transport ?

I understand the strike could be off? so would take the evens that racing will go ahead

I see Mr Spies has no fewer then 16 horses carded for monday (including 2 reserve runners) which would mean Mr Spies Snr doing 4 round trips will he do it?

The raiding trainers amount to 12 horses as Mr Goosen has alreadly taken out Midnight Dragon (No Transport - Stipes permission)
so Mark who does the transport will send down 2 floats as far as I am aware off !we are still going on monday
The main problem as i see it is the bus this stage, they can run a race meeting with out gauteng raiding if need be!
