GOAT Put Down

Just heard the sad news that Goat was put down this afternoon. She had a bad bout of Colic and they tried everything to save her. I new some of the guys that owned her and they are devastated. Not nice when these things happen.

Sad news, sorry for horse and connections Trevor, Dave, Phil etc a big loss to the team.

Will miss all the pink shirts in the parade ring

I didn't know this. I'm very sorry to hear it, but she gave them a lot of fun (both at the races and justifying her name!) My sympathies to Laff and all the owners, she did them proud and could have been a fine broodmare prospect.

Cruel game, this.
