Big storm here tomorrow and Thursday....gale Northwester hitting CT now....35 knots and rain tomorrow so will have to wait and see if we get to race....

Racing should go ahead, have had lots of sunshine last few and Durbanville sees much less rain than Kenilworth.

I work in Durbanville and it's not raining at the moment, but it was raining on and off a little earlier. I think it will be touch and go whether we will have racing here today as there is more rain predicted.

I guess we can write the script .....run a race or two.....jockeys protest ....negotiate with them to compromise.......run as many races to get maximum takeout of as many exotics as possible ....punters get screwed....same old same old!

Thank God for great racing at Ascot today.

If the storm moves from southern suburbs out to Durbanville I don't know how they'll race. I'm a good 45 minutes from track, but weather is WILD here.
