Definitely the Epsom Derby. It defines the breed. It's the moment of truth, just one shot, the "complete racehorse" has to beat competitors and a track that banks left and right and at the winning post the one side is 6 foot higher than the other. A very hard race to fluke, a proper test that's head & shoulders above the rest.
