The RA have had their application for the rezoning of Randjesfontein as a sports ground(race course) approved,with consent being given to race on Saturdays and Sunday.

Where can we find some details on this?

Is the intention to have race meetings at Randjies on weekends? I'm sure there are some practical problems to overcome (do they erect a 'grand stand' and where and if so, who pays for it; what about those pylons, etc) but in principle it seems a good idea (especially for me as I live 5 minutes away)?
