I guess it means that you have to ask them. It's not that uncommon with successful and popular stallions, but they may also be using it to "screen" prospective mares fior him because he is getting very old now and they may be cutting down on the number that he covers.

Jallad is getting on in years, and I don't think he is likely to cover in 2011.
