All the best to RAD and his two runners as well as to Regan (Rigzo) and his runner!
Hope they do you boys proud!
Hard card today. My best is Furling Sail.
Happy punting!

Tomorrow's card looks difficult and I can only see the two shorties with Danish and Furling Sail at a 4/1 dbl for the day .

Sorry Hibs , I meant Ugly Betty in the 1st on to Furling Sail . A small dbl just for interests sake . Polo is a interesting runner today . Although I fancied Bullion Fever will stay out .

Hey guys
Race 1 Rajinzky to go start to finish. At 10/1 it is a fair e/way bet imo.
Race 4 Cuve (Furling Sail did too much damage to me last time for me to take him again)
Race 5 Gold Essence. (Worried about Polo with no weight on her back but somebody offered 14/1 GE and at that price its worth a few rands).
Race 7 Exclaim n Exclude. I thought that he would be deep in the red. Can't believe that 16/10 is being offered.
Play Well

An intriguing race card again. Again a few interesting sand ‘first timers’, two marked-up as short priced favourites. The usual in the 12+1450m races- proven sand contenders with poor draws, whilst some sand newcomers are well drawn.
R1- Does the one good run make Ugly Betty such a good thing? Only Pecan Whistle with reasonable sand form. The 7+9 improved lto – PASS.
R2- Will not take a lot of winning here. Zie Zie had previously shown fair sand form, yet now? Bit O’ Sunshine is well drawn has ‘fairish’ turf form for this class yet trainer has not had a single place from 18 runners on the sand over the last 15 months.
Has Swan Neck, who has already disappointed on turf, been backed down due to the lack of opposition? Only the 9 Next Auria looks mysterious esp. S.Brown riding.
Dbl Flt Qrt 3+5 w 1-2-7-9. PA 1+3.
R3- Cuve with consistent sand form and Furling Sail with good all round form are obvious market leaders, yet 2-3-4-5-12 have shown recent sand promise. Can GVW have improved the 4 to make him a contender today? Looking for an upset – Dbl Flt Qrt 4+12 w 1-2-3-8. Swg 4 w 12 (60%) and 4 w 8 (40%).
R4- Like Calanish with MvR who does very well from poor draws, normally runs handy so may well be ‘used up’ from the draw. Likely to be lots of pace here – Eldorado from well drawn Veto with 2+5 close up and 4+11 running on.
Dbl Flt Qrt 3+14 w 1-4-5-11.Swg 3 w 1 (60%) and 3 w 14(40%).
R5- Hate to banker favourites so will put the consistent Starstruck in the PA with Polo who should steal a march on this field from a very favourable draw. Like the 10 to run on for the quartet yet likely to pass this race.
R6- Open affair with 1+2 the proven sand performers (both good value) then 3+11 good mdn winners. Dbl Flt Qrt 1+11 w 2-5-7-12.
R7- PA Banker 5 Kentucky Express.
Dislike good turf perfomers as favourites first time on sand – obviously can win but shall oppose today. Like GVW coupling – why DD on the 8 ???
R8 – Incredible performance lto from the 9 – doubts about follow-up today even though the stable are doing well.
Small swinger on 3+7 in this tricky race.
