Very sad day for Pe racing today. Mr. Stanley Greef passed away late this afternoon after a long illness. Thoughts and condolences to the Greef Family and Halo Racing

Condolences to all concerned. I'd known him for quite a few years, seeing him often at races in PE or at various sales, and he was never short of something to say. He had some interesting stories to tell, and he called a spade a spade. And while he could train colts better than most, I'll always remember him as a particularly superb trainer of fillies.

RIP.

All the best to the Greeff family...sad news...no - one could train sway backs like Mr.Greeff...was a great trainer on his day and a good eye for buying horses...
Also to oom Nic's family...brilliant sprint trainer...all the best...
