Even the commentator was surprised Rama managed to get Manolete beat....
But if you got your money on the short priced favorite..........I think he got beaten on the line.

The poor time scheduling of the Greyville races has really ruined the superior Mauritius racing enjoyment. Pools have been low due to minimal Mau coverage. Hopefully they learn from this going forward. Really agitating having to listen to the Greyville commentator talk three mins after the race has run while not knowing what's going on at Mauritius.

At least 2 races yesterday the frontrunner made a bee-line for the outside in the process carrying the challenger on his outside wide into the straight.
This happened to the favourite in the 1st race ridden by Bernard and also to Rob Roy in the 6th and ruined their chances of winning.
The stipes ought to implement a rule for the frontrunners to keep to a straight course into the straight?
