RIP OFF AT TAB IN CALVIN'S BAR(WINNERS CIRCLE)

Yesterday we went to the track and sat in Calvin's bar as per usual.Just before the off of the first race I went to take my PA and Jackpot.The bet-mark card of the PA went through without any problem but my Jackpot bet-mark card supposedly had a problem.The teller supposedly was making an effort to get the bet-mark card through and the horses were getting ready to jump.I explained to her to leave the jackpot alone and serve my two friend because they wanted a bet on the first.I paid for my PA ticket and turned to the TV to watch the start of the first.When I looked for my ticket because the teller put it next to her machine it was not there.When I questioned her she said that she does not know where the ticket is.I went to the table where we were sitting and questioned my friends they said that they did not take the ticket.I went back to the teller questioning her again and she gave me the bet-mark card which was also next to her and not in the pile of cards where the she normally puts them.I told her to cancel the ticket and she told me that she would have to go down stairs to cancel.She came back up after 2 minutes with the excuse is that the new rule is they cannot cancel.I went with her the second time downstairs and met with the most unhelpful people that were not interested in my problem and they were talking there language which I could not understand.I had a go at them because there was no solution to the problem but excuse to why they cannot cancel and why I cannot get a print out.Eventually the found out that I was not going to give and they gave me a claim form to fill in with no information or contact people or numbers to contact.From what I believe coming from there own brother and colleague is that they cancel the ticket and pocket the money.There PA arrived and I got it 4 times and hoping that the problem will get solved.I believe that Clyde Basel is the man to help with this problem.I believe that it is an on going problem with that same teller on a weekly basis.

If you took the bet in Gold Circle territory you can contact Michel Nairac direct at the top and he will be most willing to resolve the problem.

at the end of the day you will get nothing.if somebody did walk off with the ticket then they would have cashed it in and thats it. If it was cancelled you still get nothing. But they will be able to trace if the ticket was cashed in or if canceled.But they wont really get down to it.It happened to many some years ago
