SA Soccer - Planning ahead!!(NOT)

So SAFA have known for ages than Igesund was to be sacked - Now they decide to pick a coach by 1 August - The qualifiers form AFCON start 10 September so the poor Coach has zero time to work with his squad but then Jordaan thinks we should be planning for WC 2018 in Russia!! Well if you can't be African Champs or at least be in the top 4 on the continent then what makes you think the WC is a possibility? Bit like a trainer nominating a 10 run non-winning Maiden for the July when there is a MR 60 up for grabs!! How do these people keep their Jobs?
