Did you hear Tomics interview after the match, went along the lines as he was bored and that he intends to play for another 10 years picking up pay cheques so that he won't have to work again. He came across as being pretty pleased with himself as he collected £35k for his non effort.

It looks like unfortunately it is going that way. Guys seem to be happy to just collect the first rounds loser cheque. I believe there were 7 retirements in the first round. Pleased to see Roger Federer have a go at them.

serena could have won this tournament 8 months pregnant..the greatest joke in world sport is the ladies tennis players prizemoney being the same as the men ..they shouldnt get a quarter nevermind the same
