That's great news.(tu) I admit that I am a tad biased here because I kind of twisted Laff's arm into buying MJ Thriller at the sales, but notwithstanding that is fantastic, Oscar. Bravo - I hope he wins you another bunch of races, and thanks for that Seabiscuit quote. It is one of my all time favourite quotes.

Magic Laff bought this horse and I will be forever thankful to him..he said this would be a good horse..I was lucky to get him and there were no bad feelings bout him coming to Jhb..its just that we thought he might do better on the sand and Laff who I regard as a good friend gave us his blessing..Laff knew from Day one he was a nice horse..actually thankfully he was up here when he got ill as Onderstepoordt not too far..boy was he scratched , scarred and dehydrated from that trip..i think on admission his heart rate was 95..however I thank you and Laff as does Louis!..and Im sure the wonderful Freeracer boys

Well, Laff only needed a slight nudge. A nice Captain Al from the family of Laff's good filly Elegant Blush not going for big money wasn't hard to twist his arm into buying.

And we were probably both nicely pickled at the time, anyway.-D A bit easier to throw caution to the wind, it was.<

Nice read Oscar,great news and touching experience to all concerned.Getting back to Laff's though,im not convinced,as im talking about a horse that has left his stable,and believe me,lets say that the syndicate is not impressed with him.For now lets leave it at that.
