Good morning all and I have a feeling of de ja vou, I am sure I did this last week?

Maybe I had a knock on the head when I fell of the boat, must say when you are a bit older you feel the knocks a bit more the ribs and leg and still very sore since the JWB has worn off, but never mind its the weekend and what a weekend it promises to be.

Champions day again and pray for sunny skies and great racing should be a superb day at the big T and some overseas visitors to show the facilities we have in comparison with the cost of going to Cheltenham.

Don`t forget to have a go at our competition.

So what do we punt on this feast of racing? Warm White Nights remains my best bet and is still part of my treble from last week. Hope to see Pierre Jordan win the Derby but just concerned that Mirage Drive might spoil the party?

Great racing from the UK on Sat Goodwood, Doncaster and Newmarket where St Nicholas Abbey is my selection to win the 2,000 gns at 13/10. Jukebox Jury should also be worth a punt.

St Nicholas Abbey 13/10

The Kentucky Derby will also be run late Sat night, but with the scratching of the fav the race is wide open and Lookin at Lucky should start at around 9/2.

The rugby will leave to Garrick but the clash of the weekend should be Stormers vs Crusaders, try the draw? I will again stick with the Bulls to give the Sharks carrots.

Chelsea remain 6/10 for the league and all eyes will be on Anfield and could be the league decider?

Crystal remains hot fav for American pop idol and will be over the moon if Tony McCoy wins the BBC sports personality.

Hope we all have a great weekend and this feeling of de ja vou is ok? found myself buying the Sunday papers last week to get the results for Saturdays racing, must have been that knock on the head?

Plus remember you are never alone with schizophrenia, hope the spelling is correct? your mad, I told you it was correct.

Good punting!
