Nice run RAD. I couldn't watch so I had to listen. It seemed like he was beaten the way Craig Peters was calling and then came with a spirited late rattle!!
Good that he likes the sand. He should pick up a few heats no problems!!!
Well done again!

Lets hope for the last:!!
Best Bet :
R6 # 3 Phunyuka Magner Figueroa
Phunyuka is a champion on Sand as her record on sand suggests CRS 5-6-11 and CD 4-3-7 DC 4-5-9 so 100% record in all 3 categories. Furthermore regular jock Figie gets the ride again that has a 100% record on her on sand and Turf. The inside draw 2 is where her last 2 wins came from and today she is drawn inside pole position 1 so MUST be the one to beat here again. #6 Deep Water could be danger being 1.75 behind Phunyuka last and has the additional advantage of the services of Marcus and being a 4yr old must show more improvement but has the draw to overcome again being drawn 12. Sandy Beach had a great run last but was penalised by 6 points (3kg) for that run so carrying 62,5kg today and has been beaten convincingly by Phunyuka carrying 2,5kg more and .5kg less for 5.5 and 3.25 kg respectively and Phunyuka carrying 1,5kg less today must be the 1 here.
Accumulators:
R1 # 1 Skidder Kimberley G Lerena SCRATCHED
I like the look of Skidder and he must be watched in the betting since he has proven sand form. G Lerena was on his back last run when Bl fitted first time for a 2nd from a bad 10/12 draw so must be respected again trying the additional 250 this time from a nice 2 draw. He is becoming consistent with a 2nd 2 3rd’s and a 4th the last 4 runs but a slight concern is not being supported in the betting. There is other’s that can beat him in this field but since Lerena stayed on his back he must be closely monitored for support last 3 minutes.
R2 # 13 National Fleet Magner Wrogeman 2nd – cpld first
Make no mistake that this is otherwise and Open affair, but National Fleet has a 100% record on this CRS with a proven sand Trainer in Magner he must be in with a decent chance here and a good value place bet. Especially when looking at his debut run over 1000 running on from 109th to 2nd over 1000 he should relish the extra trip today and his last run just behind very decent Gentleman’s Club he must be considered a very good prospect to feuture here over the extra 250 since that run was a +0,6 avg. Another reason is since Magner has 2 decent chances in the next with R3 # 2&9 he must be watched for support just before the off.
