Have thegates been set to spring easy for safety reasons?

In the uk if a horse comes through the gates the horse is automatically scratched,but the gates are harder to open ,and cases of horses getting jammed under stalls beacause they have tried to duck under is alarming..

I'm not talking through my pocket because I don't bet, but what genius decided that Turffontein should have a PA made up entirely of handicaps? Do they not understand, or don't they give a sh!t? If I was a PA regular I would have run a mile from this meeting.

Once again I"m no conspiracy theorist but Ginger Hill was the first horse beaten in the straight......Until the horse pricked its ears and off it went....

Either Anton Marcus is a genius (which we know he is) or there is method to Andrewest and hir EPO theories....
