Today boys you have seen a true master in action.
NOBODY in the whole racing world can pull a horse like Karl Nesius.
He did EVERYTHING right to get beaten. He never even pushed at the horse once, only showing the whip as he does!!!!!
The horse drifted off the boards and Karl did his bit to get him beaten.
Despite all of this the horse (on its own) still almost won the race!!!
You are the master Mr. Nesius!! The only jock who could ever get close to your cunning is Rhys van Wyk, but I think youre better!!!!

Maybe Marky should help explain little brother Karlys riding style.
Certainly did not help my confidence in him...backed him in the 1st two races, then he tries to win the third....and Race 7 should have been Karlys,
???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Hey Karl, you placed and moved the horse in a perfect position to win going away....WHY DID'NT YOU

Why would I want to comment on Karls riding style? Its won him over 50 more Grade 1 races than mine.

Great answer, Mark. This is getting ridiculous. I sometimes wonder if we still have defamation laws or if the internet has done away with them completely. PS River Jetez is top class but she was 2.5 kgs 'well in' with Sparkling Gem, who ran a great race to only be beaten a length.

I thought Karl rode an absolute pearler yesterday. Not bad for a 53 yr old who doesnt deserve a licence.

Yes, and it makes us 50 year old youngsters feel that we have more to look forward to than arthritis and hair the colour of a polar bear's fur.
