The reason for my "lack of planning" comment; it seems the show is slapped together on the morning of the show. No one checks content. The interviews are shot a few days before and planning a check on titles should surely happen before the day of the show.

And as I always say, it makes you wonder what else they are fvcking up when they can't get the simple things right. Now we all make mistakes but some us try to find a way of learning from them and fixing them. These clowns just blast on without giving a shit.
