Karl Neisius past sell by date?

To July 12th Anton has had 177 winners, 107 seconds, 75 thirds, and 57 fourths.

Of the top ten on the log only Richard Fourie has been fourth (82) more times than he has been third (75) in the current season - and I mean to imply nothing by that whatsoever. It is merely a statistical fact.

Now I hope this ends any debate on the ethics of Anton - thank you Magic

I know this is a stretch but it would be interesting to note the average lengths behind the jocks finish on placed runners - I have no stats but am amazed at how seldom Anton finishes less than 5-6 lengths behind the winner - This is important to me as I feel nothing gets a horse fitter than running a race and I like to see jocks push out to the line to keep the horse up to its work(no need for the crop if it is not going to win or place)- Obviously if the horse is feeling something ease up - That's why Anton is so good cause he seldom backs off

Interesting figures for Mr Strydom; seems to indicate that he gives up on his mounts (if they can't find the first 3) more frequently than his colleauges?
