yeah BUT ABC Mod you keep banning ppl and then they suddenly they keep come back......

There needs to be a more secure way of getting Registered... and the only way I can suggest is that ppl have to have a PROPER e-mail address thru a registered SP cos the creation of hotmail/gmail/yahoo etc is far too easy!

Charge them 1c on their Credit Cards and they'll soon leave as the fear of exposure and the possible criminal charges will put them in their place - let them only register if they have a landline no that you call before letting them wreck havoc with people's reputations en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crimen_injuria
