Would be very interested to hear Mike De Kock's thoughts on this. Although not his horse and the current favourite for the July he is never short of a word or two when it comes to the handicapper.

If this is the wrong decision and GWE was unfairly treated does this affect his chances or if he could have got a higher rating but didn't is he now a " GOOD THING" ?

Bob..if they don't know...than they don't with all due respect. They can use MWW for a line horse any day....but they can't say becoz he ran those 800 and 400m splits its evidence that he stayed and uses that as an reason as to why they used him. He certainly DID NOT stay:)

The beauty about ST is that it shows you....The Potencial Capability(PC) of a horse....and to me, using the last 2 runs he has run, I would think he is still better than what they think.
