In Mauritius before it collapsed into a puddle of mud, the stewards were extremely strict. Few days before race day horses are quarantined, under constant CCTV footage and access limited to the horses. etc etc

Time for SA to put something similar in place,

There are no surprises here why the SAPS & NPA felt there was insufficient evidence to support a case of assault on Mrs Peter's.

Wow. This video spoke volumes to the NPA.

Actions speak louder than words....

.....although this may seem pretty damming....it only shows that no actual evidence of any sort of substance/s was able to be seized...and now only a matter of pure speculation brought by the rather suspicious actions of some the parties captured on camera.....at worst the possibility of a sanction of obstruction in preventing an NHRA official to perform a proper search and seizure.....
