Not sure what you mean - I have Under Your Spell in the range 107-110 (110 over 1400); this means imo Desert Miracle 117-119; and then Feather Boa 115-117; so yes Feather Boa should be adjusted upwards imo - not too sure what the connections will feel; about that - anyway, let's see ....

Frodo with respect what you or I rate a horse is not the issue here. Under your spell ran 5 off Desert Miracle and is rated 10 inferior. That's a perfect line when you want to raise horses.

I have the feeling that handicappers are chosing horses in graded races to get maximum value and justify the status of the race.
