I watched the run of Dowser where it won so convincingly versus today's run and granted it was drawn widest today the ride last time was much more positive where it was up with the pace sitting just off the leaders. In contrast today, it was always sitting towards the back with little enthusiasm shown by the jock to get closer to the leaders hence when they turned for home the others were on their bicycles and Khathi had a ton of ground to make up. Then we have the usual late flourish into 3rd or 4th place.

Yeah us punters seem to have several obstacles to try navigate here in KZN.
Horses are extremely low quality with trainers battling to try get some consistency in them which most times they can't judging on the pick 6 payouts.
Then we have the jockeys who can run the obvious horse out the money with a poorly judged ride.
You need more luck than brains in this province.
