Man utd won 3-0, but they took all there chances. I would say that's a 100% strike rate!!! You see that young brazilian we got Raphael De Silva...gonna be a super star.

Not too bothered with what your side have or have not Greg. Far too many "stars" who eventually will become disenchanted by sitting on the bench and not getting full games. You had your season last year. This year its Chelsea for the Premiership and Arsenal for the Champions League.

Mori we've had quiet a few ''seasons'' over the last decade or so?
As for "Stars" well that status belongs to Chelsea, they don't have much of a youth system in there little click!!

If I was an Arsenal supporter I would be over the moon with my team, they are magic.
Now can you imagine if you supported the Geordies [spare a thought for scotia].
If I go North, I have the Jamtarts, so based on history, the best I could hope for is a second division title?

Greg, i can name at least 4 Chelsea players who have come through the youth system. Yes Man United did have one but now they just buy..The present team have nearly all been bought, VD Sar, Evra, Vidic, Ferdinand, Carrick ,Hargreaves,Anderson, Nani, Berbatov,Ronaldo Rooney just to name a few. Arsenal have the right idea and will save millions on buying players but will make millions on selling them. As for Newcastle Scotia, they are becomming a bit of a joke. Now 5 South Africans want to buy them and there are also a couple of Nigerian businessman interesed. Poor Geordie fans will have to travel to Lagos or Pretoria just to watch them play if all that comes through.

If you were offered a choice between a nice juicy Lobster or a Sardine what would you choose? How can I not watch Arsenal? Suppose when the opposition are languishing 3rd from bottom of the Danish league then yes he will look good. Lets hope that he keeps that horrible Gary Neville out of the side.

I think you are right. He might just be the long term replacement for Gary.

So whats going to happen to Wes Brown? Newcastle wanted to sign him in the summer but he declined (dont blame him). He may be off in the January sales.
