Would think your Airtime purchase would be kept separate from the promotion..

Think about it they would have 1000`s of clients just depositing during the bonus period to buy Airtime with the bonus money

When transferring by EFT and Instant Transfer, the bonus is credited immediately. I have not had a problem getting the bonus.

This bonus is very problematic when trying to withdraw winnings. Just got off the phone after doing a cash send withdrawal 5 hours ago waiting for the sms. Being told because of the 15% bonus, it may take 24 hours.

Please give me the option of refusing to accept this kind gesture, the 15.0% bonus, if when i need to withdraw, it doesn't take in excess of 5 hours.

Even if Hollywood did not offer the account holders a bonus, we would have still deposited money into our accounts anyway. I am not punting with Hollywood because of the bonus at the July, Summer Cup or Met. This is more trouble that it's worth.

Mine was cleared chop chop. Requested the withdrawal last night then in my bank this early morning.
There were lots of winners at the weekend so the queue is probably long with the audit process.

Why not give me the option of whether i want the bonus or not. Whether one goes in to withdraw, or does it eft, it will take this long because of the bonus, I'd rather not have the bonus.

Prish, did this cash send at 7.00 this morning, still waiting for the sms. Yesterday went down to Springfield branch, and they couldn't pay me 5K because they didn't have a float at 9.30am, was told to come back at 11.00, hence i thought of the cash send option.

eish that sucks, the cash send normal works in less than 2 hours but only up to 3000 a time. Amount more than 3 thousand I normally use the eft option takes a bit longer but not 5 hours

Still waiting for that sms notification, 8 hours later, and i have to do another one tomorrow.

Many people told me yesterday that withdrawals at branches were taking between 45 minutes and an hour.
HW never have cash on Sunday mornings for some reason, I always ask them why they open if they don’t have cash.

11h37minutes it's taken this sms to come through - that must be a record. Sadly i have to do another one tomorrow.

Hollywood can i have the option not to accept your bonus, and then will a withdrawal still take this long - the tote looks appealing at this stage.
