I really enjoyed the coverage from Greyville today, the Hawk makes a good racing presenter, and keeps the discussions focussed on the racing. Noticed that when Warren is paired with someone else, he tends to go into comedian mode, but the Hawk really kept him focussed today and they both had good analysis to offer. Asked the jockey of Star over CT the question about what mistake he made the last time and what he did differently today, which is not something I've seen presenters do before, really impressed. This pairing needs to stay IMO.

For a change we got some fair results today at Greyville.
Most horses ran to their ability, more like this is needed.

Hi Durbs, just to set you straight on your post about Kind Judy and trainers again not knowing what they doing. That was not stable money. Do you really think that the stable would back a filly 1st time out on the poly and that has never been the distance against the stable companion who has had 4 runs on the poly for 3 seconds and a third over similar distances and to really cap it all has the retained stable jockey riding it?

Fair enough Craig I take your word for it.
It's just really odd that the stable companion drifts out to 9-2 and wins like a good thing while the backed horse was the first under pressure.
Bookies trying to deceive the punters?
Someone who saw her work but wasn't connected to the stable thought it would win?
I'm sure this didn't happen in this instance as you said it wasn't stable money, but how often do we see Greeff in PE put Greg Cheyne on a first timer and Gould or Minnie on the better one just to get a price?
Just happened on Friday.Minnie on a 10-1 first timer backed into 7-2 and would have won if it didn't miss the break.
All this underhanded business in not going to keep the average punter interested in the game.
Thanks for taking the time to clear up the truth with Kind Judy but I hope you can see where I'm coming from.
Honesty and transparency is what's needed to keep the punter punting.

Durbs i dont know if you just watched the 3rd race just now at Kempton. If there ever was a move then that was it. It was as if time stood still with 6 horses all looking as if they wanted to go past the winner with jockeys looking as if they were trying full out, The winners price? 80/1.
