Same old story with mobile browser.
I updated chrome and retried..i cant make selections still. The other portals like Terms and conditions works but only the 2, Make selections & Leaderboard i cant view anything

When i go on deskpot..its easy peezy.

There are lots of voiceless punters put there who are trying to enter " on the go".
Last competition it was easy with mobile now suddenly its complicated. I presume the IT expert is still on lockdown- bring him back.

Hi, please can you private message me the phone you are using and the browser. Are you making sure you are taking all picks for all 9 races? Is the submit button going yellow? Also please check your zoom settings on your browser. We have seen previously if the zoom/font size is too big, the navigation is disjointed. Please let me know so we can address this. Thank you.

Please make sure you have picked a horse for every race. Please hold your phone horizontally if need be. Otherwise please email me screenshots on devinh@hollywoodbets.net so I can pass it onto our development team.

This is too bloody tarty and an unnecessary stress!!!! Dev, I changed my password AGAIN this morning and duly made my selections. Now when I want to go in and start monitoring the leader board..... Client Pin or PASSWORD INVALID

This is so childish actually ...{goes off to kick the cat}

I take it this is a non-event today? Cannot access, xcalled help line get told developers are working on the problem. Request a password reset via SMS get ' Duplicate Account found'...request a password reset via Email get 'Client Not Found'
