No jockey can make a horse go faster than it's innate ability but all of them sure have the ability to slow them down !!

No great jockeys...just great horses...:unsure:

Great jockeys are also, fortunate to ride top horses for the best yards.
Sylvester De Sousa rides 10 times more horses than Ryan Moore, and wins on some scraps, but when the big guns come out, O'Brein's first choice is Moore.
Great jockeys are able to coax that last bit of energy that makes the short heads go their way.

The greatest jockey is the one that can get home when we've had a punt.
