Acknowledgment there that if you bet anything other than the favourite on the Tote then you are in fact a cream cookie and are getting no value in the slightest. I wonder if Mr Peters is aware that for all the times he makes statements like that, there are thousands of rands already placed not trying to "beat the favourite" and who are getting screwed whether they win or lose.
