......I really like this idea.....but many boxes will need to be built....and the red tape associated with the property......they could sacrifice some blue gums (they have expertise in this) in the south western quadrant of the property to put in the proposed boxes.....in the meantime use the temporary sales wooden boxes in the centre of the track....mmmm......then may be tempted take out a trainers licence in a semi retirement move to the Cape.....;).....but need to be aware of flying pigs.....and beanstalk fables....:silly:

The Milnerton property is one of the last jewels in the crown. As I understand it this asset was given as collateral for the stewardship role of Phumelela over WC racing. With WC racing apparently also running at a loss it would come as no surprise if this property has now become the target of claims for restitution. The only real question is has WC racing and racing in general been run with integrity and the level of enthusiasm needed to make it and keep it profitable and economically viable. Mmm, tough to answer without being slanderous.
