BREVIN (PLACE)

2 runs over the C/D

1st run 23.05 lengths of the winner
2nd run 10 lengths of the winner

So the horse improved 13.05 lengths in his second run   so if he improves by 13.05 lengths again in his 3rd run,he could win by 3.05 lengths

Comment for second run,last1 never showed

Two poor efforts over this c & d but can improve if jumps on terms

QUINLAN (PLACE) unbeaten over C/D
Crs: 5:2-0-0
Dst: 12:6-0-3
C&D:2:2-0-0

can't decide between PATA PATA and OMEGA ONSLAUGHT

Pata pata last run,was in a PINNACLE STAKES,1000M scottsville finished in 8th place 3.10 lengths of the winner REBELS CHAMP,and was reported NOSEBLEED SUSPENDED,but still 3.10 lengths off!!!

Was a stronger field

OMEGA ONSLAUGHT

last run over the 1200m FVR finished in 4th place 3.55 lengths of SIR FRENCHIE and was NOT STRIDING OUT

1st and 3rd Biggie nice.
Mxothwa was the last jockey I wanted to replace Domeyer on Sir Frenchie, would have even preferred Cheyne aboard.
And nice place on Brevin R7-30.

Last 2 runs 12 lengths behind and 3.8 lengths behind Sir Frenchie and today makes it look easy. Tough game this really tough.

Did Hewitson have reservations about Ballad Of The Sea getting the distance?
Why go to the front and try slow the pace down on a horse that has gone the 3200m before and give all the other horses who might be suspect at the distance a chance?
The winner had only gone 2200m before.
Bopp was telling us the other day how good he is from the front yet today he has run everything out the top 3 when he has tried to set the pace.

Madonnaaaaaaa!!! If you'd listened to the post-race interview after her last win, you'd know this was her aim. Lovely ride Ryan!
