.....still no refund.....on the trifecta swingers......if the y lost the co-mingling link then they should have a trifecta and quartet dividend as they are not co-mingled....if they have results for race 8 then link was restored and that should :huh: count as a result..... :S

Seeing as the win and place is co-mingled all they had to do was go to the HK website and get the win and place dividends from there.

Tabonline has posted all the results from Sha Tin from races 1 to 8 except RACE 7 because Hong Kong had a link failure which resulted in “Isle of Man “kicking us out of the betting system which resulted in no dividends been declared or displayed.Lionel is working on the problem and it will be up shortly.

.......yeah really simple.....but they still made a hash of it by not communicating earlier or properly....I dont for a moment believe that Tabgold sucked that JP refund out of someone's arse .....and that they were misinformed about the situation and only when the ramifications of a bigger f@ck up regarding PA etc had they declared a Nil and void as was the norm when Mo Diddlely was presiding over this messy portfolio.....so it looks like action on the tote front and some damage control is now evident.....but it does not detract from the fact that problems like these should be fixed ion the fly and not hours later....I lost my mojo to reload and fire into a decent profit because my refund/winnings were only paid after the show had ended.....fixing on the fly could have seen more churnover.....:whistle:
