......places and all the swingers.....would never have found the winner if Azzie horse was not backed.....over the years one gets a 6th sense when huge money is thrown and the owner also has what one can deem a better horse on pedigree in the same race.....and only checked it late because Laterals and now Potala Palace through similar mating are known to be precocious then saw who the relative was and the mating a better match.....the owner must feel euphoric and a bit sick.....because he must have had a full go only to be beaten by his own horse....must say the Azzie horse also looked the part but this old hack knows that pedigree trumps looks any day of the week....:whistle:
