Incorrect. The only time the payout would have been R1291 was if the last leg was abandoned then the whole field will have applied. If the field dead heated, the pool is then divided by the number of runners in that leg, then divided by the numbers of tickets per dead heaters to get the payout dividend. For every dead heater you will have a different payout .
