Will be interesting how the handicapper 'assesses' this race; if Tammany Hall ran to her rating of 83, then the winner ran to 90 ..... which seems fine - but then Wings of Charne ran to 68 (vs an official 56) .... which also seems ok as she was 69 back in Feb .... so another horse who has been dropped out of sight :ohmy:
