No, i didnt bet a cent , arte , walter smoothie and odd rob likes to be up with the pace normally .....
Stipes need to know what the intended racetactics is for each runner and the instructions to jockeys BEFORE THE RACE then can easily make a judgement if things like this happen

Why would you want to negate the element of surprise by disclosing your tactics to the others before the race - can't say i agree.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.
