He's had a long holiday for a ride in PE, not so long ago, obviously he's learnt nothing from that incident. Needs to ride every horse he sits on in a race professionally.

Love to see the head on Khumalo is a stick rider and his use to me in this race is totally
different to the way he normally panelbeats his rides

Nic Botes wrote: Richie, I dont know what race you were watching, he jumped ..brought the horse all the way across dropped out to be 3 lenghts of the second last horse only to move up and taking Darkest Hour to where he started..in doing so he boxed him only to take him out once he got stuck switched for a clear run..had he jumped and kept his line he would more than likely won the race by 5.
The real worry is that the previous time we complained about his riding was also on a horse trained by Barend Botes..and yesterday he was not even questioned by the stewards regarding his riding.
well spotted Nic!.. MyDada? read and learn..

In my personal opinion, I don't believe anything sinister was in play. Yes, there was a series of poor decisions made during the ride coupled with too much confidence at 1 stage of the race. If he pulled it off, everyone would hail a typical "BLING RIDE", but unfortunately he didn't and looks a bit silly.
