Some nice racing - and well done to the winners - not that it was too tough - even old Frodo managed parts of the PA, BP, JP and P6

Interesting what the result of the Daily News will do the July log and betting - Majestic Mambo sure to shorten a lot - depending on what rating changes there will be ....

Surcharge will become 112 (113max) getting 3 points(4 max)
Majestic mambo will become a 110 getting 6 points .

Very easy to assess this race with 4 or 6 horses that proving the rest of them are at their correct rating .

The 3 improvers that wont get any points and must be noted next time back in a handicap is :

Toltec 83 rating that ran to a 99 rating !!!!!

Sonny bill du toy 81 rating that ran to a 94 rating !!!!!!

Alssakhra 85 rating ran to a 92 rating.

Ride on Chariot of Gold leaves me confused. She is best when running from the front, adopted these tactics in the past and always did well. Gets dropped out today, in what is a slow run race with nobody wanting to make the pace, and she runs unplaced.

Guess the trainers and jocks know best.

I dont know why but my thought would be jump and try make a gap and make it a true test ..... with nothing else in the race with true frontrunnig pace it was possible to pull it off.

Surcharge not running in July....as per Stuart....interview...
