What happens (weight-wise) to a horse like Surcharge who ran second in all three legs of the Triple Crown and Abashiri (a Triple Crown winner) if Oh Susanna is scratched after the weights have been published?

Oh Susanna can only carry a maximum of 56 kgs as a 3 year old filly. At present Coral Fever will be carrying top weight with a 118 rating. If she is scratched it will have no bearing on the weights.

Looking at that log if it wasnt the rothmans african night sky would be 15 to 10 with bookmakers caarying 55kg ...Only luck in running can beat him

Snaith has a big hand.....6 in the top 18.....1/3 of the field.....and he is trying to qualify with Platinum Prince as well

Surcharge will not run, will go for the daily news but not July, Gold Standard is at stud as far as I understand.
how can legislate get a run? surely would have to have a start or 2 to qualify
