You make it sound so easy - after this weekend I would be hesitant to tip the winner in a two-horse race

Thoughts - for what they are worth ...

R1: Sulka the obvious one - unless Make Your Move and Mojito Magic are a bit special

R2: Not so sure about this favorite - must have chance as it looks a weak lot; for me I think Captains's Alpha may now start to find his feet with the blinkers and according to the stable comments Viva Espanja coulbe be worth including

R3: The juvenile filly Crimson Royale looks the right one after a good debut; dangers imo are Bourbon Bouquet and Truce

R4: Not easy - Tarry runners find themselves at the top of the boards, but neither inspire confidence; Casciano improved last time and a repeat of that run should make him very competitive here; my first choice is Alex the Great who is better over 1200 and imo has come down to a realistic mark; William Nicol tries the Classic track and the stable is in hot form, so chance as well

R5: Powered Beauty won his maiden in good style and the form has been franked - so obvious chance - wide draw is a negative though, so maybe Time to be Great can make him run from pole position

R6: Very open handicap; Albacore impressed in his maiden win, but this is much stronger, so I think he has his work cut out; Malinga always thereabouts apart from his last run which was surely too far and Happy Pills is overdue to win again; The Rising Legend, My Favorite Brown and Top Shot next best

R7: Psychic is looking for the 2000 imo and should be right there from Son of a Legend (needs to overcome a wide draw); Snorting Bull seems held by Psychic, but has a place chance with Gentleman Only

R8: Open fillies and mares handicap; the value imo is Just a Jet who looks well in here; plenty of others to consider though including Dalley and My Cherry, from Arte and Sunshone Silk

Enjoy B)

A spokesman for zoro says "Notties is fit and well and looking good, probably correct distance and good jock , worth an ew at 20/1"

Ps zoro needs tooth replaced and procedure expensive, but if all goes well he should be smiling . :S

Should have tried the Gold Bowl last Saturday

I am not convinced about Powered Beauty. He won on debut in a time nearly 2 seconds slower than the MR72 run the same day. The form has been franked but both winners beat very weak fields IMO. That day the going was soft today it is good today. On LBH Colonel Bogey would have beaten Powered Beauty by nearly 8 lengths and would be 1 kg worse off. I do believe that Powered Beauty should be favorite but not odds on. I will be taking a chance on Colonel Bogey who has had two decent post maiden efforts and carry's a light weight from a good draw. I have loaded this leg of the Pick 6 hoping for a result.

ROYAL DELIGHT e/w strong place chance
CRASSUS places
BOURBON BOUQUET places
WILLIAM NICOL e/w
HYPERACTIVE - headgear removed and ear-muffs - ridden too handy last - better from slightly off them and was extremely unlucky not to earn penultimate start - head case no doubt but has ability - include in all bets
ALBACORE
SNORTING BULL e/w - can easily follow up if jock does not get stuck on inside rail
SUNSHINE SILK - took a while for the stable to see that she's a stayer - should be right there

I'm going to float all of these in exactas with mostly fields

Frodo, I always look at Mr Hawaii's signature: 'The more you study form the luckier you get' but in my case the more confused I get.

However, we have to be confident about our selections. Thanks for your views, as always. They are respected
