There is more skill and study (and satisfaction) in finding the outsiders than choosing from the top three or four in the betting. {snotklap to ZO's groot kop}....{rapid bitchslap}

Ziets competition tests your ability to pick winners and placed horses irrespective of their market price- hence we will choose those that we believe have the highest probability of winning each race. Mostly, these will be the top few in the betting.
Magi's competition tests your ability to pick winners and placed horses that are offering the best value- which is a test of punting skill. We will then choose horses that will give the best risk adjusted return.
