.....again refusing to jump is not a non-runner either....unless the gates did not open in the same instant as other gates or the handler touched the horse as the gates opened....one has got to be clear on the facts....I'm sure that if the horse was declared a non runner and the rule was incorrectly applied ....there would have to have been be an inquiry.... :unsure:
