If I was LG I would be major p....ed with the starter wrt CAPTAINS GIRL , firstly why did they take the blind fold off before they jumped , gave her far to much time to think about it. Then during the vet inspection you have a starter hopping towards the horse with one of those long whip things , Anyone would have a heart attack seeing the starter in action . Obviously she was done by then.

Oh forgot all in the name on running on time for TV sake.

I agree Warren, its not the first time this starter has done this, watched before as a horse was 3/4 quarters in only for him to smack it with the whip causing the horse to back out in fright and refuse to load again.

THATS 3 FROM 3 HAVING SHIT AT THE START,,any chance of bookies pricing up on this in future...been racing 40 years and if it happened 3 times a year nevermind 3 times from 3 races it was a lot...very unfair on the balance of runners
