That discussion was the worst I have seen ,if Joey's head was not attached to his shoulders it would have rolled off ,he should have been sent home in that condition, disgrace.

a panel discussion with a trainer who did not know where he was and a panel member who has now idea .
it was saved from being a complete abortion by Vermaak and van Niekerk

I could only watch for 5 minutes. Joey Ramsden looked completely out of it. Constantly taking jabs at Grant Van Niekerk even if in jest was just becoming lame. He mumbled incoherently and fiddled with his phone. Justin and Grant were good. What a farce though.
