I will get someone to call you shortly. We are experiencing some system issues that cause slow downs in balance updates. I can assure you that all bets struck will not disappear. Our developers are working on rectifying the problem.

As for a winning bet being changed to a losing bet, I would need to see the ticket/account in question. We would not just change a valid bet. Only invalid bets (after time/wrong price etc) would be adjusted as per t'&c's.

Why does the system states a price change/shortened price, yet on the betting page there is no movement in the price. Log out/log back in and still the same price shortened message.
