I was surprised this morning when USO presenters saud the filly opened 14/1 antipost . Still has to win and see on interbet only R 6K traded so think BW messed up big time @14/1

Rowing in with Winter's Forge despite not running since May 2017. Looks well in at the weights and worth a go at the price.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Ran well after a rest showed plenty pace and fizzled out in last 150 metres. Needed come back very badly and looks an exciting proposition at 4/1 today. I'm going for that one into Bold Coast who was nabbed late by a quality sort last time and looks like exceptional value at 3/1 for me. Could turn out to be a coastal double.
I agree on Coastal Torrent - just that inside draw worries me a bit - if the straight course runs fair, I think he is the one to beat

Watching a masterclass from Mr Markham - now time to get into the racing ....
Some nice competitive handicaps - thoughts:
R2: Coastal Torrent looks the class imo and probably needed his last run - should give the favorite plenty to think about if the inside draw is not a problem
R3: Not that straight-forward imo - Artax may need the run a bit and Throng imo needs further; big value for trifectas etc is Dancing Rebel - and then the first timer Mighty Genius does not have to be to bright
to win this
R4: Only 4 needed for the P6; Tigerlace overdue, but needs to get lucky from the draw; Awfaa finding support, but I'm not so sure; Diva Faustina not that far of Tigerlace before, and from the draw could turn the tables; New Zealand said to be needing a run; still not to be ignored imo; again the first times does not have be that special to feature
R5: Tough fillies and mares handicap; value (after the scratching of Polar Secret) imo is Savethebestforlast, but most of these hold some sort of chance
R6: San Fermin backed as if the result is known; very competitive beyond her; interesting runner could be Tamarina, who looks to be the stable elect above Green Top who is no slouch herself ....
R7: Bold Coast obvious chance; for me though, I really fancy Full of Attitude on his maiden win; roughie to consider imo is Christofle - no that far behind Darkest Hour who did not disgrace himself in features recently
R8: Tough fillies and mares handicap; each-way selection for me is Sun Sentinel, but all but Charter Jet have some credentials
R9: Russian Friend well in, and could finally get that elusive second from a fair draw, so will hopefully will be a bit closer to the pace; Braxton and Subtle Force obvious claims
Enjoy
