Tote down again !!!!!

I’ve been a TAB (TELEBET) customer for 25 years...............
I thought I will phone them to place a bet..................
They can’t find my code on the system.................
The “lady” in customer care said she will phone me back in 5 minutes.............
Still waiting..................

....one would hope that the reason for the system going down for an entire day yesterday was that they were being proactive and busy sorting out the systems so it don't crash on Saturday....however we know by now that they are a reactive bunch and we are in for another year/s of patch it and fix it as they have no way of getting any investment to get something that works......I was led to believe that much of the tote system hardware when last replaced was not new equipment but much of it was second hand and redundant tote terminals....yet big money was spent.....but again I digress because it is not a hardware issue the tote is having but never the less a patch it solution from the very start....and while recently digesting the rational of PHUM buying into Supabets it was established that they admitted that they have KAK systems and rather than spend money on upgrades of their systems it was easier to spend big money and buy sports betting market share in Supabets.....incidentally Supabets are not into horse racing at all.....so we are stuck with the past/present crappy tote system that could crash again and again....and nothing can be done to get a new system....because as we all know PHUM are in for a shocking year..... as the tsunami has emptied the bay.....all we await is the mighty wave to come crashing in...... :ohmy:

Absolutely useless! !!! Deposited money hours ago now they saying they having problems with banking institutions WTF!!!!. Going to my bookie . They just have no fliping idea.

Phoned customer care. .I'm told to go deposit at a branch. WTF I'm miles from a ffffffing branch and they they just seem so disinterested.

.....their entire staff top to bottom.....are not problem solvers....they ARE the PROBLEM!!!!

.....not that it matters to me as I have no interest in today's early morning betting...but the tote online betting system is still closed this morning and none of the early Ozz betting has been loaded yet.....the so called IT "experts" cant even get out of bed and get to work on time..... :sick:

.....just did a bank transfer to top up my account....because I did not get my 4th place bet payout from last night.....and the funds did not reflect in my account.....called customer care.....they say they have a problem....and the IT EXPERT is working on it.....FFS he was late in loading fields this morning and now they have more IT issues with online banking.....

....Mr Moodley sir.....this will not do....we the loyal TAB punter cannot go on for another year with this CRAP..... :S
